The Opportunity Stage is a Community Interest Company (CIC) on a mission to open doors for young people through access to the arts, sports, and wellbeing activities.

We believe that every child and young person—regardless of background, ability, or circumstance—deserves the opportunity to explore their potential, build confidence, and feel part of something bigger.

Whether it’s performing on stage, trying a new sport, or learning tools for mental wellbeing, our programmes are designed to inspire, empower, and include.

We work with a trusted network of professionals and organisations—our delivery team known as The Pit—to create vibrant, inclusive projects across schools, communities, and youth settings.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: opportunity should never be a privilege. It should be a right.
