    From group singing and songwriting to rhythm and percussion workshops, music is at the heart of our creative offer. We work with experienced musicians and organisations to help young people connect, collaborate, and find their voice—supporting emotional wellbeing and building musical skills in a fun, pressure-free environment.

  • Sports

    Our sports sessions focus on teamwork, movement, and enjoyment—not just competition. We offer access to a range of activities delivered by qualified coaches, helping young people stay active, try new things, and feel a sense of achievement, whether on the pitch, the court, or in the playground.

  • Wellbeing

    We support young people’s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through mindfulness, movement, creative expression, and guided discussion. Our wellbeing sessions create safe spaces to talk, relax, and recharge—equipping young people with practical tools for self-care and resilience in everyday life.
